EXPLORATION CLASSES FOR FUSSY EATERS
Join one of our sensory-based food exploration classes for preschool aged children.
Our classes run over a 10 week term and are perfect for children aged 3-6 years.
Children learn how to become 'food explorers' by using all of their senses to see, smell, touch and taste a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Each week a selection of fresh seasonal produce is explored using story, song, games, craft & cooking to help create an engaging, playful and fun environment where children are inspired to try new foods.
Our workshops include:
